<p>Logo's and images must be supplied to us digitally, (GIF or JPG Format only), add $25.00 for every image we must scan.</p>
<p>Text to be placed in website must be supplied to us pre-written and formatted, either digitally or in print.</p>
<p>If Arachnid Graphics (The WebPage Design team at Generation I.T.) are required to word text for website, additional cost of $30.00 per page is required.</p>
<p>A %50 deposit is required prior to commencement of work.</p>
<p>Remainder of payment must be made in full within 7 days of website being placed online.</p>
<p>All clients have 7 working days after Page has been placed online to request any changes within the designed structure of page and it's links. Any additional links or images will incur a cost to be negotiated with the client and Arachnid Graphics.</p>
<p>Updates and Redisgn of pages at a later date will incur an additional cost to be negotiated between Client and Arachnid Graphics.</p>
<p>Failure to pay monthly charges on due date will result in removal of WebSite and suspension of account with a $50.00 re-setup fee to re-install Site and account. 14 Days notice is required if you wisht o have the WebSite taken off line.</p>
<p>Clients will recieve a digital copy of their website on a formatted 1.4 floppy disk.</p>
